PNC Bank

In 2019, I briefly served as a Lead User Experience Designer for PNC Bank in the Commercial Banking division. I helped shape the experience for online commercial banking applications in the 5M to 20M segment, and stood up a team of User Experience Designers, Business Analysts, Content Strategists, and User Interface Developers. The experience showed me that I do not thrive in large, beaurucratic organizations. After wrapping-up the first phase of work I moved onto opportunities with smaller startups.
